Serving one of Kentucky's largest counties by area and population, Hardin County e911 maintains road centerline and address data essential to its emergency response readiness and computer aided dispatch. The e911 office shares its data cooperatively with other agencies throughout the county including the fiscal court, the cities of Elizabethtown and Radcliff, as well as several utilities.

Pike County Emergency Management has unique challenges serving Kentucky's largest, and most mountainous county. The area has been throttled by severe storms and flooding. In partnership, Pike County and MapSync have developed tools and workflows to better prepare for, and respond to, emergencies and catastrophes. Most recently, in July 2010, during severe flooding, Pike County Emergency Management utilized XG EM Suite in its response efforts.
