To activate: Annotation Manager dialog

With Annotation On, turn a annotation theme's map view visibility on and off.

To Use:

1. Open Annotation Manager dialog.

2. Check the Annotation On box to make an Annotation Theme visible on the map view.

3. Un-check the Annotation On box to make an Annotation Theme invisible on the map view.
