Select Crossing Polygon

To activate: Toolbar, View menu / Select

Draw a polygon to define an area in which to search or select map features on a particular layer. Any feature on current layer that crosses the polygon or is contained therein is selected.

To use:

1. Activate Select Crossing Polygon tool.

2. Draw a polygon on map view; double click to finish drawing.

3. Selected features become highlighted.
