Radius Buffer

To activate:   Toolbar

Create a circular buffer based on a user specified location and radius.

To use:

1. Activate the Radius Buffer tool. The pointer becomes cross-hairs.

2. Click the map view, at the desired location of the buffer center point.

3. In the dialog provided, enter a desired buffer radius.

4. Click OK.
