Located: Project Selection dialog / Modify / Data Source Manager

The settings shown below must be made for the TRIM Import process to function properly.

To Modify the PVA Settings:

1. Start the GeoSyncŪ program and Login with a User Name that has Administrative rights.

2. Click on a project that has Edit Rights to at least one of the template PVA layers (i.e. PAR_ID, RES, COMM and/or PARCELS).

3. Click Modify at the bottom of the Select GeoSync Project dialog.

4. Click on the PVA Settings icon in the left box of the Data Source Manager dialog.

5. Click the Edit Mode button at the top of the dialog and then Double Click the VALUE to be modified in the box on the right side of the dialog. The settings that are critical to the Import TRIM function are:

1. PVADATABASE: The folder path and file name of the PVAMap database.

2. PVATRIMDB: The folder path and file name of the database that your extracted TRIM data will be imported into.

3. PVATRIMFOLDER: The folder/path were the TRIM progam creates your extract file (i.e. extract.xxx).

4. PVACOUNTYCODE: Your PVA County code.

6. After modifications are complete, click the X in the upper right corner of the Data Source Manager dialog.
