TRIM Layers

All Kentucky PVAs using TRIM for its Tax Roll must have the following layers in their GeoSync projects in order for all TRIM specific tools to work:

• PAR_ID : (Point) Parcel ID points indicating the existence of a parcel. referred to as a centroid and used in conjunction with or in the absence of PARCELS.

• PARCELS : (Polygon) Parcel boundaries.

• RES : (Point) Residential points indicating a residential structure.

• COMM : (Point) Commercial points indicating commercial structures.

The above layers require the following fields:

• Parcel_ID  (String; 20 to 30 characters)

• MUID  (Long Integer)
