Add PVA Point Features

To activate: (Standard Coniguration with TRIM option) Toolbar

Create Residential, Commercial, and Parcel ID point features. Link to or create records in the PVA database.

To use:

1. Select Add RES, Add COMM, or Add PAR_ID from toolbar.

2. Click on Map View at desired location for point feature.

3. The Add PVA Features dialog opens.

4. Enter Parcel ID (Map Number) for point feature to be created.

5. Select Search:

• If a record exists with a matching Parcel ID, GeoSync displays the record under Matching Records. Select the desired record and click Link to Record.

• If a record does not currently exist, select Add Record.

Note:

• GeoSync will automatically copy a Par_ID value from the parcel layer to the Enter Parcel_ID field when applicable.   

• Hint: Use Map Tips to populate the Enter Parcel ID field:

1. Activate Map Tip which contains desired Parcel ID information.

2. Follow steps 1-3 above to Add PVA Feature;

3. Select Get Last Tip.
