Zoom Pan

To Activate:  Toolbar, View menu / Zoom

With the Zoom Pan tool, dynamically change the viewable portion of a map. Panning can be thought of as pushing, pulling or sliding the map in one direction or another.

To Use:

1. Activate the Zoom Pan tool.

2. The pointer becomes a hand. On the map view, click and hold and then move the hand to move the viewable map.

3. Release the mouse button to stop panning.
