A map with many features can become cluttered and thereby difficult to view in a useful manner. The Zoom Level setting allows the user greater control over the map's appearance.
A layer in GeoSync may be configured so that its features become visible on the map view when a specified Map View Width is achieved through zooming. Enter a Zoom Level value of -1 and a layer's features are visible at any zoom level. Enter a zoom level value other than -1 and the map view width must be a value less than the zoom level value before the layer's features become visible.
To use:
Open Layer Manager.
Select desired layer.
Enter a zoom level value of -1. The layer's map features are visible at any zoom level.
or Enter a value other than -1. The value should reflect the Map View Width at which a layer's visibility is desired.
