Layer Manager

To activate: Toolbar, or View menu

The Layer Manager groups settings and tools that manage the layers in a project.  

From the Layer Manager dialog, the following options are available:

• Add a Layer

• Layer Up / Layer Down

• Layer Options

• Zoom Level

• Layer Alias

• Visible

• Allow Update

• Has Relate - Indicates whether a layer relate is active. Un-check the box to deactivate a layer relate. (see Related Tables)

• Allow ID - With this box checked, GeoSync will allow the layer's features and attribute data may be edited / modified.

• Legend - With this box checked, the layer's symbol is included in the printable map legend. (see Layout View (Print Map))
