To activate: Layer Manager

Check the Allow Update box in Layer Manager in order to make edits to a layer in GeoSync. A layer cannot be edited with Allow Update checked off.

To use:

1. Open the Layer Manager dialog.

2. Select  layer from list

3. Check or un-check the Allow Update box.
