To activate: Layer Manager

Add a layer to a GeoSync project.

To use:

1. Open Layer Manager

2.  Select Add Layer.

3. Choose a layer type from the drop down list.

4. Use the explorer dialog to navigate to the desired file.

5. Select the file and select Open.
