To activate: View Selection
A Selection Report displays feature attribute data in tabular form. The Selection Report dialog displays a tab for the features' Shapefile record, as well as, a tab for each additional external table, if any are present.
In addition to viewing feature attribute data, a multitude of other functions are available from the Selection Report dialog:
Sort Table - Sort the report by the values in any field, in ascending or descending order. Sorting is undone when editing records (see Edit Records below)
View summation/statistics for data in the Selection Report. See
Edit Records - To edit feature attribute data, select Edit Mode and then double-click in the desired field to edit.
Refine Selection Set - Highlight specific records in the selection set. Select Map from the toolbar then select Select Map to highlight those features on the map view. Select Selection Report again to display only those records just highlighted.
Zoom Selected - Select a record from the report. Select Map from the toolbar, then select Zoom Selected.
Print - Print the Selection Report.
