At each break or corner of a line or polygon feature lies a vertex. Points also behave as vertices (plural of vertex) when drawing and editing map features. When drawing and editing features, vertices can be used as a snap target. Additionally, when editing line and polygon features, the user may:

• Add Vertices

• Delete Vertices

• Move Vertices
