To Activate: (In Edit Layer mode) Toolbar

With Ortho active, draw a polygon or line feature in the cardinal directions (due North, South , East, or West).

To use:

1. Edit a line or polygon layer.

2. Activate Ortho tool.

Note: Ortho can be turned off and on while drawing a feature.
