Deed Information

To enter Deed Information, click on the Deed Information tab. Deed information is optional. It is not required for checking and viewing deed descriptions. This information is helpful if the user wishes to save the deed description for future use or if the user wishes to print DeedRunner results.

Grantor - To enter Grantor information from the subject deed, click on the appropriate text box and type the information. Grantor information can be up to 128 characters long and can include spaces and/or commas.

Grantee - To enter Grantee information from the subject deed, click on the appropriate text box and type the information. Grantee information can be up to 128 characters long and can include spaces and/or commas.

Date - To enter the Date from the subject deed, click on the appropriate text box and type the date. The date can be any format and can include up to 128 characters.

Deed Book - To enter the Deed Book number for the subject deed, click on the appropriate text box and type the information. The deed book number can include up to 10 characters.

Page - To enter the deed book Page number for the subject deed, click on the appropriate text box and type the information. The deed book page number can include up to 10 characters.

County - To enter the County where the subject deed is recorded or located, click on the appropriate text box and type the information. The county name can be up to 128 characters long.

State - To enter the State where the subject deed is recorded or located, click on the appropriate text box and type the information. The state name should use the appropriate state abbreviation and is limited to two characters.

Bearing and Distance - Bearing and Distances are entered as described in Entering Deed Calls. Calls are displayed in the description list box..
