The Deed Runner File tab
DeedRunner allows the saving and opening of text files.
- New
File - To clear
the current deed and start entering a new description, select New
from the File menu.
- Get
File - To load
an existing DeedRunner text file, click on the File tab and locate
the file you wish to open. Click on the file name. The file will be automatically
loaded into the program and a preview of the deed information will be
displayed as shown above.
- Preview
- Save - To save a file containing the
current deed information, select save from the File menu. A File Save
dialog will appear. Select the directory where you want to save the file,
type a file name in the text box and click OK. The default file
has an *.txt extension.

(DXF Format)
- Print
- Exit
