Annotation Themes (Create and Modify)

To activate: Annotation Manager

There are nine possible annotation themes for each layer in GeoSync.  Each theme is attached to and utilizes data from a user selected field in the respective layer. For example, an Annotation Theme may draw from a Parcel layer's Map Number field, while another theme may draw from the Parcel layer's Acres field.

For each Annotation Theme, text height, color, and font type, are user defined.     

To use:

1. Open the Annotation Manager dialog

2. Select Create.

3. Type an optional Description for the theme.

4. Choose the Font, Color, Height (text size), for annotation text.

5. Check Font Bold, or Font Italic if desired.

6. Check Annotation On to render the Annotation visible on the Map View.

7. Select the layer Field Name from which annotation is created.

8. Select Save.
