To activate: Layer Manager / Layer Options, Edit menu, or (In Edit Annotation mode) toolbar
Create and manage annotation themes from the Annotation Manager dialog.
The Annotation Manager references the current layer when activated from the Edit menu, and referneces the selected layer when activated from Layer Options.
The nine item list box on the left displays the Annotation Themes currently in use and not in use.
On the dialog's right side are settings customizable for each Annotation Theme.
